Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Workliq AI (the "Service") operated by WorkLiq AI ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users including free, paid, and trial accounts.

Workliq AI is an AI-powered data analysis platform that allows you to upload data files, connect databases, query data in natural language, generate insights, forecasts, statistical analyses, ML models, and collaborate with team members.

No warranty of accuracy for business decisions. AI-generated outputs are analytical tools, not professional financial, medical, or legal advice. Critical business decisions should be independently verified by qualified domain experts. We do not warrant that any output is error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Do not share your password or API keys. Notify us immediately at legal@workliq.me of any unauthorized access. You may not transfer your account to another person.

You agree not to:

• Upload personally identifiable information (PII) you do not have the right to process
• Upload copyrighted datasets without appropriate license
• Use the Service to benchmark Workliq AI against competitors with the intent to copy or reverse-engineer the platform
• Attempt to compromise system security, inject malicious files, or exploit vulnerabilities
• Use automated scraping, bots, or API abuse to circumvent plan limits
• Generate misleading financial, medical, or legal reports presented as professional advice without disclosure

Plans: Free (0), Starter (Rs.999/mo), Pro (Rs.2,999/mo), Team (Rs.9,999/mo). Annual plans receive a 20% discount and are billed upfront.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel (pause or downgrade) at any time from your profile page at /dashboard/profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Prices are exclusive of applicable GST. GST is added at checkout as required by Indian law. Prices may change with 30 days notice via email.

See our full Refund Policy. The short version: all payments are non-refundable as a default rule, with narrow exceptions for confirmed billing errors and extended service outages.

• Your data: You retain full ownership of all data you upload. We process it solely to provide the Service.
• Our platform: The Workliq AI codebase, models, design, and trademarks belong to WorkLiq AI. No license to copy or reproduce the platform is granted.
• Your insights: Analysis outputs, reports, and notebooks generated from your data belong to you and may be used freely for any business or research purpose.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We are not liable for any business decisions made based on outputs from the Service, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profit.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WorkLiq AI, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We prefer resolution by email negotiation before any formal proceedings.

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for material violations of these Terms (fraud, abuse, data breaches caused by you). Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted, except where required by law.
