What's a credit?
A unit of usage. A deterministic question answered by our SQL engine costs 1 credit; an AI-written answer ~4; a heavier job (ML model, forecast) more. You only spend on work done — viewing past results and exports of cached answers don't count.
Why is the simple path cheaper?
Most common questions are answered by our deterministic rule-engine — real SQL, zero hallucination, no expensive model call. We pass that saving to you, so your credits go further than on an LLM-only tool.
What is Pro+?
A coming tier with frontier models (GPT, Opus 4.8) for the hardest open-ended analysis, plus the highest individual credit allowance. Join the waitlist and we'll email you at launch.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades at the next cycle. Credits reset on the 1st.
Do you offer yearly billing?
Yes — pay 12 months upfront for 20% off. We email you 7 days before renewal, no surprise charges.
Is my data secure?
