Detailed Policy
Workliq Technologies operates on a subscription model. Because our Service provides immediate access to AI analysis infrastructure, we follow a strict refund policy that balances fairness with the nature of software services.
Monthly Subscriptions (Starter ₹999, Pro ₹2,999, Team ₹9,999)
Monthly plans are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. When you subscribe, you gain immediate access to all features of your plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again, and your access will remain active until expiry.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual plans carry a 7-calendar-day satisfaction window from the date of first purchase. If you are unsatisfied within this window, contact support@workliq.me for a full refund. After 7 days, the annual plan is non-refundable — the remaining term is not pro-rated. We recommend trying the monthly plan before committing to annual.
Overage Packs
Query packs and premium credit packs are consumed immediately upon purchase and are non-refundable. Unused credits expire 12 months from purchase.
Billing Errors
If you were double-charged, charged the wrong amount, or charged after cancellation due to a system error, contact support@workliq.me within 30 days with your payment reference number. We will investigate and issue a refund within 5 business days if the error is confirmed.
Disputes and Chargebacks
We strongly prefer resolving disputes directly. Please email us before filing a chargeback — chargebacks incur fees from Razorpay that we are required to recover. We commit to responding to all billing disputes within 2 business days.
Service Downtime
If Workliq AI is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our infrastructure failure (not third-party issues like Groq or Razorpay), we will provide a pro-rated credit for the downtime period on your next invoice.
