1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide: business name, email, phone, WhatsApp number, and business details needed to configure your AI data analyst. We also collect usage data including query logs, analysis histories, and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate the AI data analyst, send reports and notifications, provide customer support, improve our services, and communicate about your subscription. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Data Storage

All data is stored on servers in India (DigitalOcean Bangalore). We comply with India DPDP Act 2023. Your data never leaves India.

4. Data Sharing

We never sell your data. We only share with: Groq (AI inference), Twilio (WhatsApp), Razorpay (payments). All bound by data processing agreements.

5. Data Deletion

Request deletion anytime at hello@workliq.me. Processed within 30 days. Data retained 90 days after cancellation then permanently deleted.

6. Terms of Service

By using Workliq AI you agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes, not send spam, and provide accurate business information.

7. Payment Terms

Monthly billing in advance via Razorpay. Failed payments trigger 10-day grace period. No refunds for partial months. Cancellations take effect at end of billing period.

8. Governing Law

Governed by Indian law. Disputes subject to courts in Punjab, India.
